Cancellation Policy
At Bloom Hair Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
* Cancellation Notice: Clients must cancel their appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
* Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Arrival Policy
Welcome to Bloom Hair Studio! To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all our clients,
please follow these arrival guidelines:
* Salon Access: Our doors are locked for your safety. Upon arrival, please use the intercom system to gain entry.
* Door Code: You will need to enter the code 006 to access the building.
* Location: I am located in Studio 23 inside Sola Salon Suites.
No Show Policy:
* If you cannot make your appointment and do not cancel, you will be considered a "No Call/No Show."
* No Call/No Show clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost
* Future bookings will not be permitted for No Call/No Show clients.
